We retain identity documents for seven years after your account closes, as required by Indonesian financial regulations.

When you deposit funds, we collect payment details linked to your chosen method—your DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment account identifier, or your bank account number (for online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment transfers). We do not store your full card numbers or e-wallet passwords. Our payment processor stores encrypted payment tokens, not raw credentials.

Your rights and data access

You also have the right to request deletion of non-essential personal data. If you ask us to remove your address or payment preferences, we will do so while retaining transaction records (required by law). You can update your contact information anytime in your account settings.

Data across jurisdictions and account closure

dluna4d services are available only where local law permits. Our servers may sit outside Indonesia, but we comply with Indonesian data-protection requirements regardless of server location. If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, your data is protected under Indonesian law.

If you close your account, we freeze your data immediately. You have 30 days to request export of your transaction history; after that, we retain records for seven years as required by law but mark your account inactive. We do not delete your data earlier because financial regulations require us to maintain records for dispute resolution and AML compliance.

If dluna4d ceases operations, we will notify all account holders and either transfer accounts to another operator (with your consent) or return your funds according to our terms and conditionsWe will not sell your data as part of any asset sale.

Contact and policy updates

To request your data, report a privacy concern, or ask questions about this policy, contact dluna4d support via the in-app Help section or email. Our team responds within two business days. For data-access requests, we typically respond within seven days.

We update this privacy policy occasionally. If we make material changes—such as collecting new types of data or sharing information with additional third parties—we notify you via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. By continuing to use dluna4d after the effective date, you accept the updated policy. If you disagree with changes, you can close your account and request a withdrawal of your balance.
