When you create an account on dluna4d, you agree to follow a set of commitments that protect both you and our platform. These terms outline what we expect from you, what you can expect from us, and how we handle disputes, payments, and account security. We've written them to be clear rather than dense—no hidden clauses, no surprise restrictions.
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer access to users in jurisdictions where online gaming or sportsbook activity is prohibited. If a deposit fails or a withdrawal is rejected by your bank, dluna4d refunds the amount to your account wallet within one business day. You can then retry the transaction or contact our support team for assistance. We keep detailed records of all transactions and can provide a full export of your payment history anytime.

Game rules and bonus terms

If dluna4d detects violations of these terms (fraudulent activity, underage access, account farming), we may close your account without notice and forfeit any remaining balance. We will explain the reason for closure if you request clarification.
